WHY BUY FROM BEATS WORLD?

Listen Before You Buy

You can listen to each beat in full from start to finish before purchasing, so you know exactly what you're getting. These beats are Pre-Made, meaning you can't request changes to the samples, drums, or instruments. However, you can request minor adjustments to volume levels of individual elements. The beats you hear are in MP3 format, professionally mastered by Azim Ousman. Once you purchase and the song is mixed with your vocals, you’ll receive the High-Quality WAV version. All producer tags will be removed, except for one tag placed during the intro.

What’s Included

Each beat purchase comes with 2 hours of recording and mixing & mastering by Azim Ousman only. Mixing/mastering by other engineers is not allowed. You may record at another studio if you're overseas or far away, but the price remains the same. Beats are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Unlimited License

The beat you purchase can be used for music recording, unlimited distribution, unlimited online audio streams, unlimited music videos and for-profit live performances.

We make sure your sound stands out

If a loop becomes popular in a well-known song, using the same one can make your beat feel unoriginal or copied and that’s not what we want for you. At Azim Ousman Studios, every beat undergoes strict quality control by Azim himself before it’s uploaded to our site. That means no overused loops, no washed-out sounds, just original, professional quality you can rely on.

AZIM OUSMAN

Azim Ousman is a pioneering music producer, mix engineer and entrepreneur from Sri Lanka — the first in the country to have a song mixed and mastered by T-Series, and later recognized and followed by FL Studio. As the founder of Azim Ousman Studios under Young Melody Entertainment, he’s setting new standards for Sri Lankan music, both in sound and structure.

Azim is well known for producing “Dhess” by Ravi Jay from the Drill Team, and for engineering hit records like “Arabi Kumari”, as well as multiple hits by Costa, including “Hanthaane” and “Gammane.” His style blends raw emotion, street energy and high-end production, delivering music that moves both hearts and speakers.

He also built Sri Lanka’s first systemized studio website, giving artists a fully streamlined experience for bookings, song modifications and communication. Beyond his own work, Azim is giving top producers a global platform to showcase and sell their beats, making waves far beyond the island.

He’s not just making hits — he’s changing the game, empowering the culture, and putting Sri Lanka on the world map.

For Buyers

For Sellers

How much does it cost?

Artists must purchase the beat at the price listed on the product page. The price includes 2 hours of recording time and full mixing & mastering. Each producer sets their own pricing, so prices may vary. Simply browse our catalog, find the perfect beat and you'll see all pricing details before making your purchase. Please note: all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What if I want to upgrade or get stems?

Yes, you can upgrade your purchase. Simply add options like Stem Export to receive the individual track stems, or Performance Track Export to get a live performance version (with lead vocals removed).

The included mixing and mastering service covers a standard turnaround time, meaning you’ll receive your first demo within 15–20 days.

If you'd like to receive the first demo sooner (within 3–5 days or 7–10 days), please contact Azim Ousman directly to pay the difference in price once you purchase the beat.

How will I receive the beat after purchase and what files do I get?

At Beats World, there is only one license available — the exclusive license, which gives you 100% of the royalties and full rights to the beat.

Initially, you'll receive an MP3 version of the beat so you can write your lyrics and prepare for recording.

After your purchase, both you and Azim Ousman will receive an email with all the details. You can then contact Azim to begin the next steps — including recording, mixing, mastering, and finalizing your project.

Once the project is complete, you’ll receive:

> A lossless digital master (48 kHz / 24-bit high-quality WAV and MP3 formats)

> The mixed instrumental (no stems)

> The mixed acapella (no stems)

> Unlimited revisions

Do the producer tags get removed after purchase?

Yes, absolutely. Sometimes you'll hear the producer’s tag on the beat while previewing it. This is just a watermark for protection before purchase. Once you license the beat, the watermark tags will be removed from the delivered files, except for a single tag at the intro.

Producers choose to keep one tag at the beginning of the beat as part of their branding. This is a common industry practice you've likely heard before in tags like "Mustard on the beat!" or "Maybach Music."

Should I credit the producer/engineer on digital platforms?

Yeah, for sure. That’s how producers get seen and heard by more artists through you. Dropping a credit in your YouTube description or tagging them as the producer on Spotify, Apple Music or Tidal doesn’t cost you anything.

And no, giving credit doesn’t mean you gotta split your money. It’s just RESPECT. Also, don’t forget to tag the producer on your social media when you post about your release or even those “coming soon” teasers.

Show love to the producers putting in the work, especially our Sri Lankan talent. You help them grow, they help you sound fire.

Do I Own the Beat once I Purchase It?

Yes — each beat is sold exclusively to one artist. Once you purchase it, you own 100% of the rights and keep 100% of the royalties, even after releasing your song. You don’t owe any revenue to us or the producer. The beat will be removed from the website after your purchase, so no other artist can buy it.

What If the Producer Sells the Same Beat to Someone Else after I Release My Song?

Before accepting beats from producers, we clearly explain the terms — they are strictly prohibited from selling the same beat elsewhere while it's live on our website.

If you discover that your purchased beat has been sold to another artist, please inform us immediately. We will remove the producer’s entire beat collection from the platform.

However, we are not legally responsible for such actions. If needed, you are free to take legal action directly against the producer.

How do I send beats?

To get started, show your interest by filling out the contact form on our Get In Touch page. Be sure to include links to your previous music productions.

We will review your work and if we believe your beats meet our quality standards, we’ll get back to you. Please note: submitting the form does not guarantee approval. We evaluate based on professionalism, audio quality and overall sound production.

If you're approved, we’ll send you a PDF outlining all the terms and details. You’ll then be asked to prepare a minimum of 10 finished beats in different genres (Drill, Hip-Hop, Trap, Pop, and R&B), with stems included. These will be considered your final, ready-to-sell productions.

Can I use loops to produce the beat?

Yes and No.

You can use loops if you’re chopping, slicing, or creatively manipulating them to make something unique.

You cannot simply drag and drop a full loop (e.g., from Splice) into your DAW without making any significant changes.

When you submit beats to us, we use industry-standard detection tools to check whether your loops have already been used in released songs. We’re committed to originality and expect the same from all our producers.

What if I intentionally or accidentally sell the same beat to another artist?

Once you submit your beat stems to Beats World, you are strictly prohibited from selling that beat to anyone else — whether it has already sold on Beats World or not.

If you violate this rule, Beats World is not responsible for any consequences. The artist who purchased the exclusive rights through our platform has full ownership and may take legal action against you for breaching their rights.

In addition, your entire beat collection will be permanently removed from our website, and you will be banned from submitting beats in the future. These terms are clearly shared before joining, so do not attempt any unauthorized sales while your beats are live on our platform.

Are the Beats only for Sri Lankan Artists?

No—any artist, from Sri Lanka or anywhere in the world, can purchase our beats. Our payment gateway supports USD, so international buyers can pay using their foreign credit or debit cards.

Will artists buy my beat?

If an artist likes your beat, they’ll buy it.

Focus on creating high-quality, original productions — the right artist will connect with your sound.

Please note: we do not guarantee that every beat will be sold.

How will I get paid?

Once one of your beats is sold, we will remove it from the website to ensure exclusivity. Our payment provider processes the payment within 3 working days. After we receive the funds, we’ll send your share via bank transfer.

How many beats can I submit?

You can submit unlimited beats, but that doesn’t mean every submission will be approved. We carefully review each beat for originality and professional sound quality. If your beat meets our standards and fits our brand, we’ll accept it.

Please understand: if we don’t accept your beat, it’s likely artists won’t either.

If you’re submitting beats for the first time and have been approved by our team, you’ll be asked to send a minimum of 5 to 10 finished beats. Once one of your beats is sold, we may invite you to create more — if you're interested in earning more through the platform.

Can I Sample Other Songs?

No. Sampling or using any portion of another song is not allowed.

How to Promote my Beats and get Artists to buy?

Promotion is up to you! Share your beats on your social media channels however you like. We’ve created this platform to help you sell the beats sitting on your PC. Instead of sending beats to artists individually, you can now direct them to preview your beats on Beats World.

While we’ll help share your beats on our social media, boosting and promotion are your responsibility. With artists from around the world visiting Beats World, once your beat resonates with the right artist, they’ll make the purchase.

Do I Have to Pay to Upload My Beats to Beats World?

No — submitting beats is completely free. There are no subscriptions or upfront fees. Your name and photo will appear on the product thumbnails.

However, for a subscription fee of LKR700/month, you can feature your beats at the top of the page and display a personal banner with a short bio to boost your visibility. Otherwise, the order of beats on the site will be determined by us.
