Service Fulfillment Policy
At Azim Ousman Studios, we provide professional audio services including recording, mixing, mastering, and production. Since our offerings are service-based, there is no physical shipping involved. The following outlines how our services are delivered:
Booking & Scheduling
All services must be booked in advance through our online system or by direct contact. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment or project request has been scheduled.
Delivery of Services

In-studio services (such as recording, mixing, and mastering) are fulfilled at our studio location on the booked date and time.

Remote services (including online mixing and mastering) will be delivered via email or secure file-sharing platforms within the agreed turnaround time.
File Delivery
Final files (mixes, masters, stems) will be delivered in high-quality WAV or MP3 format as requested. A download link will be provided via email upon completion.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on the service and scope of work. Standard delivery for mixing and mastering is 15 to 20 business days. Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
